Solicitud de nulidad del ordinal segundo del auto proferido por la Sala de Selección Número Cuatro, conformada por los magistrados María Victoria Calle Correa y Luis Guillermo Guerrero Pérez, a través del cual se decidió excluir de revisión el proceso número T-4872700, donde el obraba como accionante el memorialista.

Argumentó el peticionario que la doctora Calle estaba afectada por un impedimento para decidir sobre su petición de revisión y que por ello la Corporación, luego de decretar la nulidad parcial del precitado auto, debía someter su proceso a un nuevo escrutinio por parte de una Sala de Selección diferente.

Luego de analizar el caso la Corte decide RECHAZAR por extemporánea la solicitud de nulidad presentada.
